Q: If I buy my grocery online will you delivery it to my home?

A: Absolutely, it should be at your place next day any time after 3:00 pm.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: You can pay for your order as Cash on Delivery, We also accept K-NET on delivery.


Q: What is your exchange or return policy?

A: Well, none of the frozen items are exchangeable or returnable ; however dried items in can, tin or paper packed will be exchange or return that are faulty while receipt. Items that are faulty upon misuse or mishandling by the client will not be exchanged or return. We will exchange or return items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging.


 Q: What is your order cancellation policy?

A: We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchases. If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the cancellation. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you can check the FAQ on exchange or return policy.


Q: The item I bought is not working as it should. How can I replace/exchange/refund?

A: Please contact our customer service and we will repair or replace according to our exchange or refund policy.


 Q: I really need the item that I ordered online. Is it possible to pick it up from your stores?

A: If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will have it ready for pick up in our stores.


Q: Can I choose the time and day of the delivery?

Please contact us for any delivery related queries. Our delivery team will call you before coming to deliver; you can coordinate with them for the delivery time.

Q: Do you deliver on Weekends ?

A: For now we don't deliver on weekends, but that can be arranged on a special request.

Q: Can I change my profile?

A: Yes. You can log into and change your profile information.

A: Yes. We have a very simple process for registration; it will not take more than a minute.
